Order Form

This Order Form (“Order Form”) shall be incorporated in and governed by the terms of that certain Software as a Service Agreement located at https://itsrapid.ai/rapidads-saas-agreement/ (the “Agreement”) by and between the client first specified below (the “Client”) and RapidAds, Inc. (“Service Provider”). Unless expressly provided for in this Order Form, in the event of a conflict between the provisions contained in the Agreement and those contained in this Order Form, the provisions contained in the Agreement shall prevail.
