The Problem
Before partnering with It’sRapid, Ocean Spray relied on a legacy, homegrown process that produced only simple static PDFs. As a result, the Sales Operations team spent significant time manually updating individual documents, a task that was both inefficient and could be prone to errors.

Using Salsify as a single source of truth, the new workflow automatically generates live PowerPoint sell sheets through evergreen links from the It’sRapid platform, ensuring sales teams and customers always access the latest information. It now supports 500-700 SKUs, pulling in 30-120 attributes and up to 25 digital assets per item.
